The first pud we made and our signature – the soufflé. A light and fluffy dark chocolate soufflé with a gorgeously Gü-ey interior.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 200°C, Gas 6, Fan 180°C. Remove outer packaging and foil. Place the two ramekins on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 12 minutes. Don’t overcook them, or they’ll lose their Gü-ey centres!
