Terms

1. Only open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Gü / Rensow Ltd and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Residents of ROI, for legal reasons, will also need to correctly complete a game of skill on the website.

3. Purchase Necessary.

4. Access to the Internet and a valid email address are required to enter.

5. All entries must be received by 11.59pm 30th June 2011.

6. To enter: Purchase promotional packs of Gü posh ramekin puds (Raspberry & Chilli Choc Pots, Deeply Decadent Choc Mousses, Hot Chocolate Souffles, Choc & Vanilla Cheesecakes, Choc & Mascarpone Tiramigü, Chocolate Banoffees), Gü Hot Choc Melting Middle Puds and Gü Naughties (Rocky Road, Millionaire’s Flapjacks, Gü-ey Chocolate Rolls, then enter the special code at www.gupuds.com. Promotional packs are only available while stocks last.

7. Northern Ireland Residents Only. No purchase necessary: to receive a randomly selected code, send an SAE by 15th May 2011 to Gü 10k Instant Win NPN, PO Box 95, Leigh, Lancs WN7 1WS. 1 request per envelope. Allow 14 days for reply.

8. All data submitted will only be used in accordance with the Gü Data Protection Policy available at www.gupuds.com

9. The prizes will be awarded instantly on the website, via a secure and random process, from all unique codes issued and overseen by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.

10. Winners will receive a message saying ‘Congratulations’, with details of the prize category that they have won, their prize options and instructions on how to claim; this will require submission of further details online.

11. Winners must retain their special code as it will be required to verify their prize claim. Winners of other prizes are advised to do the same as it may also be required.

12. Main Prizes: 2 x £10,000. Awarded by cheque to the named winner.

13. Runner Up Prizes: 1,000 mixed cases (6 pots) of Gü Naughties.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse prize claims that would take the number of prizes that are awarded above the number referred to in 12 and 13 above.

15. The prizes are as stated in these terms and not transferable.

16. There are no cash alternatives for Runner-up prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available. With the exception of the top prize no cash or other alternatives to the prizes are available.

17. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the prizes, after confirmation of a winning code.

18. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, damaged, delayed or incorrectly completed entries or for computer hardware, software or network failures of any kind that restrict or delay entry.

19. The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury as a result of participation in this promotion or prize.

20. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes and those entries of codes deemed at the Promoters sole discretion to be guessed or obtained not through the approved means, are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.

21. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel or amend the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that make it necessary to do so.

22. Entrants agree to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to add, amend or alter these terms and conditions at its sole discretion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

24. Winners of prizes agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion for no further consideration.

25. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

26. Winners names and counties of prizes will be available on www.gupuds.com between 15th June 2011 and 15th July 2011.

27. These Terms & Conditions and this promotion are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
