chocolate banoffees

If ü lüv puds as much as we do, then ü will already be a fan of banoffee. So why did we change it? Why did we go and add a layer of our rich chocolate ganache made with 53% cocoa Belgian chocolate, on top of the creamy mascarpone, the squidgy banana caramel and the buttery biscuit base? Well, because even the Hanging Gardens of Babylon needed a replant now and then. Think of it as an upgrade – Banoffee Gü-Point-One, perhaps?
