It's a twist on an old Italian favourite – but don't be afraid!
This is just so, so right. For a start, there's just the right depth of our rich, mouthwatering chocolate ganache made with 53% cocoa Belgian chocolate, sitting on just the right amount of cool, smooth mascarpone, which is itself basking on just the right weight of soft sponge, drenched in just the right measure of coffee syrup.
"Bene, molto bene," as we say at Gü.
