We have a confession to make. Sometimes we like to dress up in funny clothes and whip things. It’s not that we’re kinky, it’s just that to make a chocolate mousse this rich, this velvety, this luxurious – ü need to act like a top chef. So, after donning our hats and beating our egg whites, we fold-in fresh cream and lashings of our gently melted 53% cocoa chocolate.

The result is a mousse that’s so outrageously naughty, ü might fancy a bit of dressing up ürself.
