Passion fruit mousse (48%): passion fruit purée (18%), whipping cream, sugar, water, cornflour, gelatine, stabilisers (sodium alginate, carrageenan), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Passion fruit curd (26%): unsalted butter, sugar, free range pasteurised whole egg, passion fruit juice (3%), water, free range pasteurised egg yolk, modified maize starch, gelatine, citric acid, preservative (potassium sorbate).
Mango glaze (15%): glaze (glucose syrup, water, sugar, gelling agent (carrageenan), acidifiers (citric acid, trisodium citrate)), mango puree (2%), water, gelatine.
Vanilla sponge (8%): wheat flour, sugar, free range pasteurised whole egg, free range pasteurised egg white, glucose powder, stabiliser (sorbitol), lactic proteins, vegetable proteins (pea flour, potato starch), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, disodium di-phosphate), emulsifier (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), natural vanilla flavour, salt.
