Vanilla cheesecake (28%): mascarpone (9%), whipping cream, cream cheese (6%), sugar, free range pasteurised egg yolk, water, Madagascan vanilla extract, gelatine, water, preservative (potassium sorbate).
Chocolate sponge (21%): free range pasteurised whole egg, sugar, wheat flour, cocoa powder, water, roasted barley flour, lactic proteins, vegetable proteins (pea flour, potato starch), baking powder, emulsifier (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), almond flavour, preservative (calcium proprionate).
