Remove sleeve and lids. Put ramekins on a room-temperature tray and place in a pre-heated oven at 140˚C (for both fan oven and non fan oven) or gas mark 3 for 16 – 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven as soon as the soufflé reaches the rim of the ramekin. Our soufflés are delicate and overcooking will spoil them. Please watch with care during baking as cooking times may vary.
