hot chocolate soufflés
Ultra-decadent chocolate soufflé with a fabulously smooth and Gü-ey hot chocolate middle.
Remove sleeve and lids. Put ramekins on a room-temperature tray and place in a pre-heated oven at 160ºC for 12 minutes (fan oven), 170ºC for 13 minutes (non fan oven), Gas – mark 3 (170ºC) for 13 minutes. (Unless you know better – all cookers are different after all.)
