We’re looking for someone to help Laura B in Customer Care. We love hearing from our customers and actively encourage customer feedback so communicating with customers by phone, email and letter will be something that you really enjoy. You must have a real passion for making all our customers happy.

You will have amazing composure and attention to detail in handling customer queries and your writing skills should be something even Brontë would admire!

Your drive and enthusiasm for Gü will shine through both internally in the Gü team and externally with customers. You should be the high point in the customer’s day, chatting to them about their favourite treats, bringing that chocolatey smile to their face.

Proficiency in Excel is a must, experience with a customer management software program is a bonus and prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Based in our Shepherd’s Bush office, you will be working with Laura B, our Customer Care Manager, within the Technical team. The job will be offered as a 6 month placement.
